If you’ve been invited by your Estate Agent, you can verify your details online in just a few simple steps - no branch visit required.
Your information is shared securely and is not stored on your device once the check is complete.
Before you start
You’ll need:
A valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, ID card or residence permit)
A well-lit area to take clear photos

1. Receive an email invitation from your Estate Agent
2. Download the iamproperty ID Check app
3. Log in using your email and one-time passcode
4. Scan your ID document
5. Complete a facial scan
6. Upload proof of address documents
7. Complete source of funds verification
